目的:分析阴离子交换层析处理对静注人免疫球蛋白(pH4)制品的影响效果。方法:研究时间:2020.2~2021.2,选择六种批次的静注人免疫球蛋白(pH4),其中三批次采取低温乙醇蛋白分离法(A方法)、其余三批次采用不低温乙醇蛋白分离法联合阴离子交换层析处理(B方法),分析不同方法处理后静注人免疫球蛋白(pH4)制品的相关指标。结果:B方法处理后的静注人免疫球蛋白(pH4)制品IgA水平小于A方法,有统计学意义(P < 0.05);A方法与B方法处理后的静注人免疫球蛋白(pH4)制品质量相关指标差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:阴离子交换层析处理对静注人免疫球蛋白(pH4)制品后,可促进制品整体质量的提高,为临床的安全使用创造有利条件。
